Fruit juices are a great morning meal. Yes, you can consider them a meal! No store-bought juice can beat the taste of fresh made juices. Juices made in a Champion or other type of juicers are very tasty and nutritious.
2 cups grapes
Juice everything, including the lemon and its peel. The peel of lemon contains bioflavanoids, which are powerful anti-oxidants.
3-4 celery stalks
Juice. Good for hydrating the body on a hot summer day.
1 cup strawberries
Juice the apples. Then pour the juice into a blender, add the strawberries,
1 lime, or lemon
Cantaloupe & Honeydew
1 honeydew melon
Juice cantaloupe & honeydew without seeds and rind (the rind of those melons
is more bitter than that of watermelon).
Juice apples and squeeze the lemon half into the juice. Delicious.
